Hunter Valley produce
The Hunter Valley, less than two hours north of Sydney, is Australias oldest wine region. James Busby first planted vine cuttings along the Hunter River in the 1830’s. The marriage of food and wine have played an integral role in the Hunter Valley having earned its reputation as Australia's premier wine tourism destination. The produce chosen for our presentation packages aim at showcasing the best the region has to offer.

Pukara Estate Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Nestled on the banks of the Hunter River Pukara Estate grows the finest Olives. This oil has won numerous awards. It is well balanced with good complexity displaying herbaceous and apple characteristics on the nose. It is perfect for dipping with good breads, drizzling over salads or fresh vegetables or stirred through your favourite pasta.
Mount Pleasant Philip Hunter Valley Shiraz
This is a dry red table wine to be enjoyed over the next five years. The spicy blackberry fruit combines the best of the wine’s primary and developed fruit aromas. It is a wine of inherent softness and delicate complexity.
Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Hunter Valley Semillon
A regional classic, Mount Pleasant Elizabeth Semillon has established itself as one Australia’s benchmark Semillons. The wine enjoys approximately four years cellaring prior to release, ensuring wine lovers can enjoy the wine at its peak.
